Hi! I’m Annette Vasquez

I’m a fitness coach that focuses on building muscle, confidence, and discipline. Through years of training, I’ve learned that your body will only go as far as your mindset allows. I know what it’s like to feel stuck. I’ve been through phases of falling off track, doubting myself, and starting over again and again. Once I learned how to develop sustainable habits and a healthy lifestyle, everything started to click.

Now I help women do the same. My goal is to teach you how to build  muscle and confidence without all the guess work. I’ll give you the tools and support to stay disciplined and aligned with your goals whether you are trying to lose weight or build muscle. Not just for a phase, but for life.
